Yes the answer to last week's Who Am I was indeed Bob Welch. Welch had a remarkable season and a decent career overall. He chronicles his battles off the field in his book "Five O'Clock Comes Easy."
Now that the playoffs are here, we will go with a playoff theme. And this Who Am I is short:
I am the only person to play at least one game for the the Tampa Bay Rays in both their first season and their first playoff season.
